I must confess that I am ridiculously excited about this new weekly category. Every product featured will cost $10 or less and I LOVE discovering new beauty bargains!

 Lemon Rinse™ Gentle Clarifying

What is Lemon Rinse™ Gentle Clarifying Treatment for hair?

Lemon Rinse™ is a clarifying treatment designed to be used once or twice per week immediately following your usual shampooing and conditioning process.

If you are like me, you use at least one, most likely more styling products as part of your daily beauty routine. Regular use of hairspray, styling or volumizing treatments, heat protectant products and even some conditioners can leave residue on the hair that builds up over time. This buildup of product not only weighs down the hair shaft and robs it of its natural body and shine, it can also have a negative impact on color-treated hair.

To prolong the time needed between hair color services and maximize the natural vibrancy and health of your hair, a clarifying shampoo or detox treatment should be used on a regular basis, typically weekly or biweekly.

I will have to note the name of this clarifying shampoo. When I was young (and had natural dirty blonde hair), I was a big fan of lemon juice. Your photos and the description make this sound so appealing. Now I just have to make a dent in all the haircare products I’ve got!

Thanks, Allison! It’s definitely a great buy for $10 and it didn’t make my red hair color fade but instead made it look more refreshed. Let me know if you try it and what your thoughts are:)
